Control the fail-safe regulation system.

Repairing a system consumes the energy that has been stored. Make sure you let enough energy for maintenance.

Systems degrade when operating. 

The power receiving system overheats if you force too much and waste energy. The cooling system will take care of it but will degrade and need repair.

Repairs are powered by the core. The core uses very old hardware that is easily degraded.
